4 weeks post show. Almost 102kg (+12kg up from my show). 2 weeks till cruise time so Im left with 2 weeks of pushing up. Switched to Push-Pull-Legs split last week because Ive outgrown the Upper-Lower split and I just cant handle the intensity and such high frequency anymore. Also Im starting to get so strong on some lifts that its becoming dangerous to do them with my current bodyweight. The food intake was a bit tricky these weeks, as you know Ive had a mental break from the really strict regime and I was eating more of the foods I desired. That doesnt mean I was missing meals and binging all the time but its like 15-20% of my caloric intake every day was from "junkier" type of foods. Im eating around 5000kcal a day atm and my appetite is good and well for now. Protein is somewhere between 300 and 340g per day, carbs are around 500-600 depends on the day and fats are from 100-130g per day. My body is feeling good now and Ive had a much needed mental break from dieting and being 100% all the time, missing time with friends and family, my wife and overall just trying to be as perfrect as possible. Now I know I will be really looking forward to make these 2 weeks as productive as possible and then efficiently cruise, hold on to the mass Ive gained and strength till next blast rolls around. Volume will go down even further as we push through cruise period to really manage recovery. My activity levels are currently pretty high as I do 10-13k steps per day and I just simply do not have any energy to do cardio on top of that (because its not a 100% must atm).

If you do heavy curls... DO THEM FN RIGHT or dont do them at all! CONTROLLING THE WEIGHT is 1st! Then comes the weight and intensity. When you trully and fully understand that... Your arms will grow and you wont need any more than a few sets per week to make them grow. Effort and control!
