@_miha_smolej and his 4 month transformation 💪same weight in both before and after - 97.5kg ❗

He competed 3 weeks ago in Poreč (classic BB) and we are still holding decent condition while we waited for the body to stabilize after the rebound which has been minimal ☺️ He is up 6kg from the show which filled him out nicely and metabolism started to pick up very fast as he started to drop weight on 320g P, 500g C and 95g F. Currently using less Supps then on before pictures... This just proves how important is management of the process itself rather than just food, supps, training alone.

Now we are starting to push food and also the training so we can get him a step higher for the open BB class since he always wanted to compete in the BB category 💪

19.10.2024 v soboto smo se udeležili še zadnjega Bodybuilding tekmovanja za letos. @tadejborko, @_miha_smolej in @lucijapotocnik so se predstavili s svojim najboljšim izgledom do sedaj, na Sportfestu v Poreču. Z vsemi tremi smo resnično dostavili formo, ki smo jo želeli. Kot coacha sva neopisno ponosna na njih, saj so izpeljali priprave vrhunsko, brez zadržkov in brez kakršnihkoli prekrškov ali težav. 💪❤️ Zdaj se pa podajamo v težko pričakovan off-season, kjer nas čaka še veliko novih podvigov in izboljšav! 🔥
