Blessed to have the oportunity to be a part of @bulky_rhino journey to the top 💪🔥 his potential is just incredible. His bodybuilding journey started less than 3 years ago which is insane. He was a powerlifter before and has built tons of muscle naturally before even considering bodybuilding... He has also broken a junior world record in bench press few years ago naturally! 💯

We are so excited about the future, watched him transform from 135kg of "bulky" mass to a classic physique competitor competing for the top amateur spot to enter the pro league which is very very near for him. 💪 People usually forget that he has only just started participating in this sport yet he is already a contender for the pro card in CP division. His dedication is one of a kind - grinds like a machine, no questions asked. A more conditioned look with a bit more muscle in the right areas and he will be unbeatable - that is a fact.

@juresmid and his progression since 1 year ago🏆. This is about the same bodyweight as left pic - 100kg 💪. He has grown A LOT and the goal is to really grow into the light-heavyweight class (up to 90kg) and really get into proper condition. Jure has a lot of potential for bodybuilding and we will make sure it is reached! 💯

This guy has all the tools needed to get the job done. We improved much of the weak points he had i.e. chest. Now its time go get legs up to par and stay as lean as possible while doing so. He had a hard prep where the body just didnt respond the way we wanted but we have learned a lot from that experience and still we are using this post-contest period to really get some new tissue.📈

Where it started vs how its going 💪

@bulky_rhino from the first week of our journey together until his first pro qualifier NPC show. We strongly believe he has a very good potential of turning pro in the near future. This is not a hype as you can see his figure, shape and size complies with everything CP class requires. We still have some weaknesses to improve but overall he is top contender for the pro card as the head judge said specificaly to the top 3 of his class - there are more than 1 pro worthy physique on stage that day.

We still need to gain a few kg of muscle in the right spots and get leaner which means more muscle needed to spare in the contest prep to not lose the lines and the shape which are his strongest attributes 💪

And yes, he built his body with BASICS. Heavy Bench Pressing, heavy squats, deadlifts, rows... Just the basics. No made up scientificly "proven" exercises, no pump workouts, no RIR or RPE systems. Sometimes you just have to train hard and leave the brain (and ego if you have too much of it) out the door. The only thing you should use your brain for is proper execution of the basics and pushing yourself hard. Overthinking is the killer of progress and longevity in this sport. The more complicated it gets the less likely it is you will be able to sustain that long enough to see your peak.

Trust me people DO NOT lack recovery 9/10. They lack effort and when we look around the gym we see 95%+ people doing f*uckall and maybe 5 % are actually putting in some decent effort into their sessions. @bulky_rhino will 100% agree on this one 💪 there was not ONE.... Not ONE SINGLE TIME he complained, said its too hard or that he is struggling, or hungry etc. He knows thats normal in its a part of the lifestyle. Yes, genetics are on his side but I have yet to see a man execute so precisely and with such intent, passion and drive as he does for 2 years straight!☝️
